@Joseph Cornwell thanks for sharing! Did you purchase your properties tenanted or vacant? If vacant, was that a stipulation of the deal? If tenanted, did you vacate anyone so that you could perform the renovations or are you doing the reno as units open up?

@Tyler Libby sorry to hear that!!  Was it a rental or your primary residence?  I put @Tal P. in touch with my insurance contact whose taken care of my  client for years. Not sure he found what he was looking for though as the cost of H06 is more than renters insurance...
