Hello Biggerpockets, 

In one of the many podcast one of the interviewee said that he uses a company to go and check on his houses across the country. What is the name of that company ? 

I'm in the process of closing a deal and I wont be able to go and check the house, I have a home inspector and I drove by the house but wont be able to get inside the house and it is rented. 

What I'm looking for is a company that will do that for me and get me a report with pictures, videos and all, does that makes sense? 

Can You guys help me please.

Hello Floridians Realtors , I need your help, here is the perfect scenario.

- 5+ acres.

- 2 houses separate in the same lot.

- Both houses 3X2 at least

- 1600 SF+ one of the houses.

- No more than 250K.

This is the perfect house that I'm looking for, my plan is to buy now, rent both houses for two years, so I MUST be able to legally rent both houses and than I will be moving to one of the houses myself. 

I have been looking on Zillow and must of the places that fit this criteria are on north west of the estate and I need help and guidance from someone that know the area very well. 

I'm pre-approved and ready to move forward with the deal when we find it.

Hello, Im here to learn and teach if I can, compare to what I have seen I will only learn for now.

I have single families that I buy and hold, I have equity position that I can do a exchange and increase my cash flow but I wont do that, at least in the near future, My main goal is BUY AND HOLD even if i have equity that I can use for some other deals, I know........ I know........ Go figure, but we are all different.

Anyway that is what I'm looking for, learn and If I can help just ask me a question.

My goal for 2017 is to find a deal out of state "CA" that Cash flow me $300/month with the buying price of 90K or less, hard to find, but That is my 2017 resolution.
