 I am living with my parents! I am currently in grad school, but also work full time. I have been saving my money since high school (naturally cheap). My dads side of the family has constantly been investing in real estate which made me interested since a young age. I am debating between buying my first property to live in myself or using all of the money I saved to put into an investment property.

Hello! My name is Phil Sabella and I am a 24 year old, new investor from the Philadelphia area. I have taken many classes in real estate investing 101 and am looking to actually get my hands dirty and begin investing! I am looking to own single family homes as well as multi-family properties all around the country! Any advice is welcomed. Have a nice night everyone!
