Thanks @Ron Szmik! I saw this event today and am planning on being there, just have to check my schedule tomorrow.  Sounds like a great event and I am excited to meet everyone in the area who participates.

53rd Bank has a 90% HELOC with no fees. Best deal I have found so far.

Hello,  My name is Phil and I am a new investor buying multi family properties around the Cleveland area.  I started with a condo (not a multi family I know) in Brunswick and now have a duplex in Parma.  I am currently in the market for another duplex and have been looking at a few in Parma since the first one is working out great.  I have been house hacking so far and will continue to do so in my next purchase.  My goal is to buy 2-3 properties this year and scale up from there.  I am here looking for advice and people in my area to network with and possibly invest with.  Also looking for reliable contractors that people in my area can recommend from past experience.

Thanks!
