@Troy Sheets

Would love to get some more info on your next projects! Are they also in Brew town?

They're just like other people and come from all walks of life.

The biggest difference as mentioned above is the ability to break a lease for orders. In general, the steady payments make up for that.

@Michael Klein Both properties are within a 3 hour radius but not very convenient. I have compiled a list of trusted contractors from reviews and experience to call when needed. If my tenants need anything they can call or email. Payment is done via bank wire. Occasionally I might have to pay a bit more for not being there in person but I more than make up for it in the 10% PM fee. Plus when I did have a PM I spent more time managing him than I do on the properties.

@Billy Maloney  I'm still scoping out the city. I enjoy being close to center city so that's where I want to invest. I'm sure the bargains are more on the periphery though.

@Account Closed I'm renting near 22nd and Chestnut. How about you?

Hi BP!

I grew up in the suburbs but after living up and down the east coast, I'm back in Philly. It's also my first time renting in a while, I have previously purchased in other states but want to explore the city before I commit.

I currently work for a credit card company in the rewards area and am a Captain in the USMCR. I also remotely manage two properties. If you have any questions about how this works please get in touch!

My goal for 2015 is to make connections in the Philly area and purchase my first MF. I would welcome any people in Philly and am open to meeting for a coffee (the internet only goes so far!)

Stay warm out there!

Chris
