Hey Lesley,

Just wanted to give you props on this thread. You're contributing so much to the new investors! This is really eye opening to see a step by step BRRRR.

I'm curious, how did you end up finding this deal? Off market? MLS?

Take care,

Phil

Hi All,

I was hoping to get some recommendations/referrals for a lawyer who deals with Real Estate in the Massachusetts area. I am looking towards Central MA and Boston areas. I am looking to get some consultation on setting up an LLC and also in reviewing potential partnership ventures. Does anyone have some referrals?

Thanks!

Hi there fellow Worcester folks,

This subforum is quiet! I figure I'd drop in a note :)

I'm curious to see how everyone is doing in today's market. Anyone have any new deals or have had deals in the past that they want to discuss? What do you all think of the Worcester market in general?

Take care

@Adam Sankowski

Very good write up. I had to reread the part about the appreciation that you mentioned, 100k a year?! Only near Boston... I'm curious, do you still see the market appreciating at such a high rate? The reason why I ask is I'm also contemplating near Boston, but as everyone in the thread mentioned it's quite expensive. While I do see the upside in the appreciation, I've always heard on the BP podcasts that "appreciation is just icing on the cake". Do you think that we should change this viewpoint since we're looking at Boston here?

Hi Lisa

Looks like Worcester is becoming a hot market! I am also looking to invest in the 3-4 fam myself. I see great things happening in Worcester and hope that it's not too late to get in!

@Brian J Allen, I have dropped you a few emails before! Definitely has a great idea of the market. I'd love to be part of that presentation if there's enough interest.

Hi BP,

Stumbled onto this community by a friend was starting to getting into real estate. I've got quite the bug now listening to BP podcasts and just reading as many books as I can.

I'm targeting the Worcester market in Massachusetts and hoping to score a multifamily for a good deal. The market seems to be quite competitive but I believe that it shouldn't matter when to invest as long as you're investing in all points of the market. I believe that the Worcester market will be a good path to invest because of its low pricing comparative to say Boston and those surrounding areas and of course other factors that make the city look promising.

Anyways just wanted to say hello and thank you for the loads of content everyone provides.
