I can vouch for what Ming said about this Annex group as I've been to it a couple of times myself. He and the group leader did an awesome analysis of creating a Toronto tri-plex using the BRRR strategy which showed how it really is possible to get cash-flow in TO. Very detailed info on all aspects of the strategy (anyone not interested in real estate would have been bored to tears! But I mean this as a compliment!!). They've promised to tell us how to finance it in an upcoming meeting.

Hey Vince, also have a SFH in Cambridge (buy and hold), but interested in rent to own in that area, (or Kitchener) but haven't really started looking into this strategy in that area yet. Still working on my 'master plan' and how that will fit in!
