I am an investor with Table Investments. My partner and I purchased our first property with them about 2 years ago, and now we have 13 units that have all been purchased with Table, and we’re looking to continue to grow with them. After an awful experience with Homeunion, we were put in touch with Alyssa and we’ve never looked back. Alyssa is hands down the most knowledgeable and accessible person I’ve ever come across in real estate, or even in business. Email her at 2am, you’ll have a response by 2:10am. Nobody works harder than Alyssa and her team. The whole process is seamless. They’ll make sure the deal is right for you, help strategize your long term investment goals, and really become a partner with you. We have also turned all of our properties over to Table Property Management. Again, they’re knocking it out of the park.

If anyone has more specific questions, feel free to ask.

And you’ve been happy with their service? What percentage do they charge you monthly?

Looking for a property manager for a house we have in Dallas, GA. We bought it with Homeunion earlier in the year, and the experience with homeunion has been nothing short of awful. We want to completely sever ties with the company and find management on our own. Anybody have a good property management team they can recommend in the greater Atlanta area?  Thanks!!

Hello! I am an aspiring investor. I am a dentist in NJ and am looking to invest in real estate as a way to build wealth. I’m full in the education process right now, reading more books than I have since I was in dental school! I have an office manager who’s husband is a contractor, does very nice work. She was talking to me one day about how they would love to buy and flip properties, but they don’t have the cash to do it. I couldn’t help but think how if we could form a partnership, where my responsibility would be to secure the financing and he would be the contractor on the flip. If I was to pursue something like this, how would you suggest structuring the partnership?
Hello Bigger Pockets Forum! I am an aspiring investor, I am a dentist in Morris County, NJ that would like to diversify my investment portfolio by starting a small real estate portfolio and see where it goes from there. I set a goal of having one property by the end of 2018. I’ve been doing my research, starting with Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and Building Wealth One House at a Time. First step for me is to identify the market I want to begin my search in. Unfortunately, the local market seems to be too cost prohibitive to obtain a low cost rental property with cash flow due to the extremely high property taxes in my area. Anyone have any suggestions on areas that I should look into?
