Would anyone be able to share a starting point for who I would contact to convert the zoning for a unit within a multi family property from commercial to residential? This is in Allentown.

@Syed H. what's the reasoning behind trying to be in the smaller buildings (3-4 unit) for $50-55k vs larger building 5-10 unit for $60-65k?

Hey Pratik, I've used Edwin Stipe a couple times. They are more of a "retail" HVAC company, so they won't be the cheapest, but the manager (Tom) really respects relationships there.
