Do you have systems in place that can verify all the information? I see many deals in Indy, many promises of of stable rental income in appreciating and upcoming areas - in many cases - this is just plain bull &#₩%. Be very careful and do your homework. 

@David Skidmore I met with the CEO (husband & wife) of FS Houses today, and I have to admit, there is NO question that you are part of THE very best team in downtown Indy. NO question about it. I was just blown away by the honesty, professionalism, experience, and impeccable track record.Top Notch!

@Scott DeMichele I definitely hear you regarding the empty-nesters and it is certainly true that kids can be hard on a house. Is there is particular neighborhood you could recommend? Thanks so much for your comments, I really appreciate it.
