Shouldn't a CPA be local? Your state and even your city?

Philadelphia Pa - We're an investor hub as our market is historically stable. Predictable; but also with far less dips during the down markets. And the neighborhoods are extremely easy to speculate on for that added equity boost. Plus, there are price points for every priced investors and property management fees tend to go far less than nationally.

My APOD doesn't work well anymore as I no longer have Excel and the site I downloaded it from is very old. Currently I use Google Sheets; but can't find an APOD that works fully. Anyone?

Jon Sanborn, presently I'm strongest in the Center City areas of Philadelphia - but extending where clients and listing takes me, including up to Temple area and into West Philadelphia & Point Breeze.
