Russell Ponce Best of luck on this deal. Keep us posted as I'm curious to see what the outcome is. Out of curiosity, was this title company recommended to you as an Investor friendly one?

Hello BP community,

I'm relocating from the UK (active duty USAF) to Warner Robins, GA in December and am just curious how the local REI "scene" is? Are there REIA's/Clubs closer to Warner Robins / Macon than GaREIA (based in Atl)?

Any info is much appreciated and if you're a GA or Northern CA investor (I'm moving to Nor Cal in 2015), I look forward to connecting with you soon! (Meaning, let me invite you to lunch and ask you a million questions. haha) Thanks in advance!

Respectfully,

Phil

@Joshua Dorkin If I retry after getting the initial error message it will let me post. It's just like switching from HTML to plain text though.. removes any "character" from the original formatting.

Browser is Internet Explorer and I'm unsure of the version. I'l report back on that tomorrow. It's a Gov't computer (I'm USAF) sooooo i'm sure it's more wrong on our end than yours. lol. Thanks!

Phil

I'm still getting the errors described above. Using any sort of Reply I also get "An error prevented this post from being saved - Body is too short" when in fact it's not. Any tips?
@Alexaundra McCormick After reading a few of your posts, I'm (not so) happy to inform you that we are in the same boat... sort of. I am also new to the community of REI & BP and have little to no funds for an initial investment. However, I can tell you that I am confident that there IS in fact ways forward for us. It may take some knocking on doors, a few dollars on some lists, and some stamps, but we CAN do this! Keep your head up, learn more every day and your market will be your oyster. Respectfully, Phil

@Account Closed I dig the approach and feel that's a great method for us beginners. Also, that's a substantial response rate! Congrats!

@Nick G. Try 50/50 with your ideas (Just your name vs. both names) and see which gets the better response rate.

Phil

@Aaron Mazzrillo "Be embarrassed. Be ridiculous. Go forth and make money!"

I love it! Great advice Sir.
