Hello all,

My name is Phil Parrow and I have been working in the retirement investment business since 2006. I am interested in getting into the buy and hold REI world as well as a few flips per year once I establish a flow of passive income. I'm interested in learning from the forum posts, catching webinars and networking with all BP members.

I am excited to meet everyone!

Phil Parrow

Hello all,

I'm new to BP and the REI world. I have a few questions for the group:

1) How would you recommend meeting a contractor?

2) Would you suggest going with a GC or calling different companies that specialize in the areas that need to be addressed?

3) Do you request an itemized estimate for the repairs?

Thanks for your guidance!

Phil
