Hello all,

My name is Phil Parrow and I have been working in the retirement investment business since 2006. I am interested in getting into the buy and hold REI world as well as a few flips per year once I establish a flow of passive income. I'm interested in learning from the forum posts, catching webinars and networking with all BP members.
