What kind of tools, services are you investors using to research your properties during your due diligence. Anybody using a CRS service to help with court house records? I don't have the time to go down to the court house and do the search. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Brad

I've read numerous times that us newbies should join our local REIA or group. I've not found any locally. I live in WV and the nearest group is an hour and a half away. And I wouldn't be investing in that area. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to meet up with other like minded LOCAL investors?
