I've read numerous times that us newbies should join our local REIA or group. I've not found any locally. I live in WV and the nearest group is an hour and a half away. And I wouldn't be investing in that area. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to meet up with other like minded LOCAL investors?

Brad,

Try putting a meetup page up, Craigslist, Facebook page up for your area and start your own. Just meet for coffee a few times and see where it goes.
