Current tenant has been there for 2 years and would like to stay. She pays $985 a month.

This house was completely remodeled 2 years ago. The home was originally built in 1972. You won't find another home in the area in this condition at this price. Over 1575 sq ft. in this single story with a large living room, dining room, family room, 3 bedrooms and a sunken bonus room. The kitchen and bath were completely redone and the large back yard is your own private park.
