 Im looking for any information, or recommendations on how I can find investor friendly title companies. Maybe any specific questions I can ask them, to help me see which one best fits my current goals. Any help is appreciated.

Hello BP, I have recently got great news. I'm having the opportunity to meet and have lunch with a big Real Estate Investor in NYC tomorrow. These opportunities don't come easy so I don't wanna take it lightly. I have a few questions I want to ask but would love to hear more example questions from the BP community as well. If all goes well this will lead into a possible mentor program between us.

So BP community , i must admit after joining the website and constantly reviewing the information giving in these forums ive gained some confidence in the knowledge ive obtained. Ive broadcasted to family, friends and visited a few local rei meet ups to finally put myself in the right surroundings to meet the right to help get me off the sidelines of the business. I was in search for a great mentor to help guide me through the business. Ive recently got a call from a high school friend about having lunch with a close friend of her fathers. To my knowledge He is a self made multi millionaire from NYC who is quite serious about the business and his time. So i come to the forums for help, how should this lunch and conversation go about so he can see the potential i have in the field.
