Sorry a little confused here. I am trying to get the report done to show prospective tenants how quiet it is before they move in or even charge more in rent. Are you saying to just not even bother?

Came across this website soundfax.co and idk if i should get a report done? will this help or not with showing how quiet and nice my place is? Have any of you had tenets express that they would pay more for a quieter unit?
