@Wil T.

What’s up Will. My name is Pete and I am currently an investor St Louis, MO.

My family has lots of roots in Minnesota as my wife is from the cities and I also went to college there.

Anyway I saw you posted a while back about wholesaleing in the cities.

I am in search of a renovation/remodel project around the Richfield/Bloomington area.

Looking for something 3-4 bedroom and 2-3 bathroom and it has to have a decent size garage.

To be most honest I want to find a place to fix up to BRRR and have a place that is close to the airport to park one of my cars up there so when I come in town to see family I don't have to rent a car every time. We own a lake place up in side lake and being 13 hours away by car and it costing $500 a week to rent a big enough car for the family is not ideal when we fly.

LMK if you are still in the wholesale game or if not no biggie I’ll keep up checking around.

Take care!

I have a retail/office space that is the first floor of a

Multi use facility I own. We str the upstairs and I’m considering converting the downstairs to residential to do the same.

My business (in the ticket resale space) was occupying the downstairs before but now we have shifted to working remotely.

The space has 12 foot ceilings, has a kitchenette and a bathroom without a shower. Most of the space is open concept with a few non load bearing walls.

I’m seeking some design ideas on how to get the space to a place where we can rent it as a short term rental, but also possibly convert it back to office space if we need to in a year or 2.

Does anyone have experience in designing this sort or space or the conversion of retail/office to residential. The space is about 1100sq ft

Thanks in advance
