I am taking on the role of property manager and am long for some recommendations on software to help with accounting, messages, repairs, booking, keeping track of costs and payouts, and cleaning...Essentially and all in one. I currently use Turnover bandB for cleaners and am happy with its functionality and integration.

There are SO many programs/apps out there. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!

My tenants have destroyed my property. Hardwood Floors are scuffed and peeling. Water damage in the bathrooms. Their dog (that I didn’t authorize) has urinated all over the place including the drywall next to the front door and needs replaced. Banister is laying on the ground. Carpet is destroyed.

Their lease is up in June. They will be out at that time. I have to renovate before it can be rented again.

This is a condo. I have home insurance. It’s for this type of situation. I’m asking if anyone has had experience with this this topic. I haven’t heard anybody talk about it on BP. Thanks to any and all responses.
