I am looking for an investor friendly realtor in Lee county Florida or in  Charlotte County Florida. It would be very helpful if they have done some land or a lot transactions  as I have sources forgetting properties below market… Vacant lots and land especially.  Would love a good connection.

It seems that some cites are taking a stand against AirBNB or Short term rentals but I have not seen any issues with Dallas and that Texas actually may pass a law curbing regulation of short term rentals (Austin perhaps being an issue). Does anyone know more?
