I have a horrific expereince with Evernest. I was switching them out with another property management compnay. It took them over a month to do a walk through inspection of my property. When they finally did, they noticed that there were leaks. They knew that the situation was urgent. I keot trying to contact them, but they would not be reached. Iri, the so called onboarding director, was even cancelling the scheduled appointments i made with her. After almost 2 weeks, they are still doing inspections, knowing that every hour the structural integrity of the building could be at risk. No one answers the phone. No one has apologized for the extreme negligence. Issue still ongoing

Hello,

I am interested in single family homes for rent in Florida.  Looking at areas including Jupiter and Wellington.  Prices for homes range from 400-600k or so. The question I have is, are these rentable properties at these prices?  Rentometer states that they are and the upper limits in a place like Jupiter are $6700 a month. I cannot wrap my head around someone paying that amount to rent when they can just buy. Does anyone know if these are realistic prices that can meet the 1% rule? If so, which demographic of renter is paying these prices? Thanks so much for any information you can offer.
