Post: SFH purchase with extra land to build RV PARK

I'm looking at a house that could be flipped and held.

I'd also like to have the extra acreage it has and block it off for RV's to come and hook up, I'm however confused on if I should purchase this property as an LLC(which I haven't created yet) or if I should buy it as my personal estate and just rent out sections of land. I foresee this being an issue because I'm collecting an income from the property. Since I'm not a business however I already have a few other properties I'm renting out...suggestions/thoughts?

@Ryan Boyce I appreciate the help, especially locally. Please stay in touch so when I return home perhaps we could discuss more of this analyzing you speak of.

@Steve Marshall Thank you for the outstanding advice. It is a lot more personal when another service member, especially active, throws their opinion out there. Life's busy and I'm not getting any younger so I thought I'd try to actively pursue this RE realm as much as possible.

Stay in touch.

Pete

Welcome to the site.

Pretty unlikely that a brokerage will pay for schooling.

@James Wise I appreciate it, I just didn't know how people typically went about getting licensed and then picking a brokerage. Thank you though.

Hello,

I'm currently deployed to the middle east and am looking to get into the real estate circuit. I'd like to become a relator at some point upon my return but would like to take some online courses to help push me to get my certification faster. If any of you could direct me to a brokerage that would cover my training fee's/certification for a spot in their company I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Pete
