Hi looking to invest in Jacksonville 32207 in spring field area in a single family .. What kind of neighborhood is this ? B or C class? What kind of tenants can I expect ? 

Also looking at woodland acres in 32211 single family as well.. any and all advice would be appreciated on these two neighborhoods as I am out of state.

Hello I am an out state investor interested in these two cities for a long term buy and hold single family rental investment in the 250K range. 
Can anyone shed led on major differences between ocala and Jacksonville? Looking more for appreciation and newer properties - any input is appreciated thanks !

Live in NJ, and starting out as an investor. Difficult to find cash flowing deals in my state--any advice on outside cities for 2023 for single family  rent ready cash flowing properties?
