Are you interested in learning how to make money wholesaling properties? The Diversified Real Estate Investor Group’s general meeting on Feb. 22 will cover all the angles on wholesaling for profit.

Join us as real estate pro Ian Walsh, VP of Hard Money Bankers, takes a deep dive into the world of wholesaling. Ten years ago Ian built the largest wholesaling company in Philadelphia. He was also the founder of Atlas Property Management, which he sold to TCS Management. Currently, Ian is an active partner in Hard Money Bankers. He has been a part of more than 1,000 Real Estate transactions.

During the discussion, Ian will share some key takeaways and offer advice for those interested in wholesaling. He will share how:

  • 1.Streamlining your marketing system and an intimate knowledge of your markets is key in closing more deals
  • 2.To know when you have a deal and when you don’t
  • 3.A good deal sells itself
  • 4.To price deals to move
  • 5.And more!
