DIG Executive Director Stephanie Pappas expects this year’s trade show to be bigger and better than those in the past, particularly with the new date. She said the organization switched to a November date – instead of August – as fewer people would be traveling. More than 500 people attend each year and Pappas said she anticipates even more visitors this year.

If you go

Because of a scheduling conflict, this meeting has been moved to Wednesday, July 25 instead of our typical meeting date. Apologies for any confusion from my original posting. We hope to see you at the meeting!

Have you been daydreaming about getting into real estate and making enough money to quit your boring, getting nowhere J-O-B? DIG member Daniel Harvey will share his experience of going from blue collar worker to building a multi-million dollar portfolio.

Daniel will walk you step-by-step through the real estate strategies that allowed him to amass a lot of property in a short time frame, replace his paycheck and care for family as his own boss! Also learn great tips to set yourself up to succeed once you have quit your job - and what preparation you should take BEFORE saying good-bye to your weekly paycheck.

Daniel will share:

The ideal investing strategy that worked for him

What type of properties fit his goals

How the strategy is working now

How he finances his deals

What his lenders seek

How he intends to grow his portfolio

Next steps after the paycheck stops - and much more!

Attend the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group’s July 26 general meeting at North Hills Country Club and hear Daniel's inspiring story of how he quit an unfulfilling job, prepared a plan, met his short-term goals and is now on his way to the next level in his real estate investing. DIG meetings are open to all members. Non-members may attend one meeting free of charge. For more information on becoming a DIG member, visit https://www.digonline.org/.
