Recently picked up a house in St Clair Shores. It is only 2 beds and does not have a basement. I could reconfigure the home to 3 beds but trying to figure out if it will be worth it.

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $140,000

Recent purchase off the MLS, I was able to leverage my real estate license and allow 60 day occupancy period to get this property under asking price.

It is only 2 bed and does not have a basement but I think it is a desirable area and with a complete remodel it will stand out against the competition

I just finished a renovation on a property purchased at a tax auction in late summer. It took 58 days to get to market. Its priced at higher end of other comps but feel I have a superior product. Let me know thoughts.
