I'm moving to a new city and have RE investing experience from where I use to live.  But I never worked with wholesalers before.  What is the best way to find and introduce myself to these individuals/companies

I have a group of investors with about 2 million in cash to invest. Problem is they don't want to do anything that they can't get at least a 7% ROI annually. Which sector would you suggest I look in to achieve those results/ ie: 55+ communities, Syndicates, Apartment complexes, Single Family etc.
