Quote from @Jonathan Hankins:

Yikes! Yeah, plenty of shady "companies" out there.

I'm not a lender, but we have had good success with a Private Capital company based in Ft Lauderdale in the past. I don't think they lend on properties in NV, but just about everywhere else in the country - and with no points up front.

Are you trying to get something funded, or just curious because these guys marketed to you?

I was trying them out for potentially funding in Wisconsin. There wasn't any due diligence that would/should be common in today's market place.

I was wondering if Shrivers Lending is legit too. I'm in Missouri and my local PML's aren't lending any more or if they are, they are maxed out on funds for funding. I would appreciate any help with legitimate Fix & Flip lenders and Buy and Hold lenders! Thanks

I too have engaged the quirky company.

ive received a business line of credit for $300,000 for a 10-year term at 5% interest.

I too did my due diligence could not find anything discretionary about the firm however I cannot find anything about the firm...

they have followed through and responded to everything I have asked I just haven't signed their document to receive the funding.

At least a half dozen deals have fallen through on the properties. It seems like after inspections investors no longer want them.

Yes currently working on one in Racine that is 120 years old. Basically you should figure to replace all of the mechanical electrical plumbing lot of places are laughing plaster with no insulation true 2x4 construction which is nominal sizing. Be happy to take a look at something that you may be chasing.

Post: Analyze this deal. Friends please take a look at this deal.

I'm wondering if there is a platform out there for handling payment and reservation outside of Airbnb or vacation rental by owner.
