With the fact that the weather has been so ridiculously nice (relatively) here in Minnesota recently, it has given us a false sense of normalcy when it comes to wanting to buy and sell some rehabbed properties.

Question for those with experience selling n the winter months of the northern states.

How do you find the weather impacting your ability to sell a property? Especially when it is freezing and snowing outside.

Thoughts?!

How about the weather up here in Minnesota!?

Anyone have any ideas about the market trends in the winter up here?

Thanks!

Welcome... In the Twin Cities area? I just got into the game as well. Sorting out a few deals and scouting out a project manager with a solid network to get the job done.

Hello fellow Minnesotans,

I am new to the game but diving in to learn rapidly. Not looking to make any moves before I learn the ropes! Guessing this site is going to be an invaluable learning experience.

Nice to meet you guys,

Daniel

Hello,

A former coworker of mine suggested that I take a look at Bigger Pockets as a beginning to my quest to develop a real estate empire (maybe not THAT big.) Now I am here and I wanted to introduce to the forum what I can bring to the table.

My former career afforded me a nice chunk of change that I am ready to put to work. I would really be interested in funding about 4 flips on an ongoing basis. 3-4 month flips from buy to sell. I am looking to team up with an accomplished flipper who already has a network of contractors that have proven success of churning out high quality homes.

If anyone meets the bill and would be interested in allowing me to fund some flips while I learn the trade (both making money,) let me know.

Daniel

I am interesting in investing in some flips with an experienced and well documented flipper.

Just hopping out of one career and into another. Was fortunate enough to attain a good chunk of change and want to put that money to use up here in Minnesota. Would be interested in funding some revitalizations while I learn the ins and outs!
