Jon Klaus I'd love to since I have investment properties out there in Austin but that is the SAME weekend I have to attend a wedding in Chicago :( I wish they would change the date but it doesn't look like they will.

I was disappointed that the event host did not show up. It was suppose to be a local realtor here in southern Cal.

You should always be able to get a breakdown for the repairs. In case you get audited, you need paperwork for backup. That's the main reason I am switching my property management over. I have had several repairs in the past years and he never sent me any receipt or breakdown for what was specifically done. This was just a condo unit.
