Thank you for that lead, I will look them up and give them a call and find out about some basic information from them. No deals right now but I would love to have everything in place so once I get a deal I can get the ball rolling.

I am looking for somebody in Chicago who would like to partner up on some wholesale deals here in Chicago. Just trying to get some experience wholesailing and some ideas on how to do this the right way.

What's Up everybody this is a general question, I am looking for an investor friendly title company here in the chicago area or a title company who can work with me here in the Chicago. Although I have no deals yet, because I am just starting with wholesailing I would like to start getting some contacts for title companies, any help would greatly be appreciated.

Sell if for more than the mortgage, I know you said you were just kidding but is that really possible ? And then once it gets to the title company how do they figure that out ? Thanks for help on this question.

@ Financeexaminer I just want to do a simple assignement to another investor or end buyer, just trying to find out some options to get that done as simple as possible.

Just had a question what do you do if a private seller still owes on the mortgage to their house you want to make a deal on to wholesale ?
