Thanks for Sharing Mark, how long have you been with valiant property management and can you elaborate how has your experience been with them? I been using Great Jones and while they been great in almost all aspects I still don't feel like I have boots on the ground with them as they are a big company and I don't feel like I have an actual property manager I can call as they use VA's to answer the phone and I have to wait for them to get back to me, but once they get back at me they been able to resolve issues.

I see your point, its definitely by the middle on map of the zip codes you should not invest in. So far investment is working out, we did some major work in a few weeks and rented right after and have a solid tenant thus far. I'm still looking for a solid contractor, while the handy man I used did great work at a decent price he only accepted cash and that was my mistake on my side but had to keep it within budget. What zip codes do you invest in?

Can anyone recommend a good handyman or contractor in Jacksonville Florida?

I currently have a house in 32206 zip I need to get rent ready and need experts in roofing, wood work, paint and Tile install.
