Nice, West Oakland is coming around very quickly due to its proximity to SF.  I'm looking at Multi Units all over the bay area, but visited 2 in Oakland this weekend.

Thanks for reaching out!  I just signed up for the meetup and am expecting to be there.  I have out of state turn key properties and also am looking to purchase a 3/4 unit in Oakland or anywhere bay area but with criteria to live rent free after all expenses.

Always knew of BiggerPockets and have stumbled on the site from time to time, but after watching some of the excellent webinars and reading the great content on the articles, I went pro immediately. Truly aligned with the content of using Real Estate in order to retire at speeds decades ahead of what they teach you at school.

I am currently looking for:

-Expand my network with like minded individuals.  

-CashFlow Rich 3/4 unit properties in Oakland California or greater bay area to owner occupy FHA financing.

-Great Rental Properties in Ohio (not the city of Cleveland) that are cash flow rich. Places like South Euclid or Cleveland Heights that require low to medium rehab but no full rehabs. Also the city of Columbus.
