Personally very satisfied with The Columbia Bank.

They are local to the Howard County area and dont have too many branches though.

@Carla Patterson I got there late myself and did not get a chance to network but I did the last meeting and it was great to meet the diverse set of resources that show up at these meetings.

You build confidence as you execute..so my recommendation is if you can make a deal happen and keep on moving forward.

BTW, @J Scott , Ned and Terry did a great job last night.

Perhaps its my lack of financial knowledge, but I am failing to understand how we can treat a cash out as a return on investment, it isn't something I earned.

Also, in year 2 how can I now calculate ROI on initial investment when I already cashed out most of it?
