Will Barnard
I am just looking for deals in my area to see who does it and what the game looks like here in my market. Do not know much about how this Wholesaling works yet, been learning a lot, reading this forum everyday.

Steve Babiak
lol yes I have read about it in the paper the other day! Yes I have searched on google, but not even sure what terms are used, if I search for wholesaler nothing useful comes of that. Is there a better term for it? Do these folks have websites usually or is this word of mouth?

Brian Hoyt
Now as for the CL and Bandit signs are these the same folks that advertize they buy ugly house... that sort of thing? I am just not sure how to spot these folks off the bat.

Thank you all for the comments!

Been reading a lot and I like what Wholesalers do, question is how do I find a wholesaler in my area to see what they have?

My area is Everett, WA and Lynnwood, WA.

Do these folks have proper companies or websites or is this strictly word of mouth?

I do not know of any "military grade phones" but from what you are saying I would recommend iPhone for you.

My reason:
1. You say you are not a techie type, iPhone is easiest to use and master.

2. It is the leader in smartphones, this will have all the applications and cool things that you may or may not need or want.

I have just listened to "The Richest Man in Babylon".

It was very good, story, lessons and it reinforced alot of good ideas.

Highly recommend it.

Mike Jakobczak Thanks Mike, this site is a gem!

Mark Podolsky Just read the article and it is pretty awesome, I will focus on writing down things I really want to do and do them. Oh I am conscious of paralysis analysis :) have to do something along with learning! So I am making plans to buy my first REI 1-3 years from now.

Charles Perkins That is awesome! I am new to the area, moved here this year. So naturally I have to learn the real estate market all over again, but that is fun. I am looking to build closer ties to folks who actually do what I dream to do and right here in WA, so it is nice to meet you and all the good folks here!

Thanks BP folks!
