Quote from @Jayme Currie:

Hey! Check out True North Construction. They build new construction of all types, but have recently been building new quadplexes in the Triad toward where the new Toyota factory will be. Latest estimate I saw was $150/sqft to build not including the land. Happy to help you find a lot when the time comes!

 Appreciate it!

Hello, BP members. I own some small multifamilies in Concord and High Point, NC. Since I can't find any "proper" deals I decided it's time to try new construction. Basically building new small apartments and keep those for long-term. North-east Charlotte and The Triad area.

Would you recommend any knowledgeable builders and GCs who have experience in multi-family new construction?

Thank you in advance!

Hey, guys. I just purchased 2 duplexes in High Point, NC area and looking for an insurance company to get a vacant policy for bothof them.

I spoke with Foremost - they put on hold writing new policies across NC due to hurricane Nicole(!). What insurance company would you recommend to "go to" ?

Thanks in advance!

@Jonathan Schlimme , I tried listsource but their search criteria dont work properly in my case. Looks like in different NC counties multifamily complexes are categorized differently and listsource barely shows any results

@Steven Nguyen. Never heard of propstream, I'll give it a try.

Thanks, guys

Hey, guys. I'm trying to do a mailing campaign to reach out to the owners of apartment complexes in North Carolina. Any advice on where to get that info/lists ? Any info would be appreciated.
