We are closing on our first rental property soon and we want to provide our tenants with a 30 day notice that they have to be out so that we can do work to the property. Does anyone know of a form/template we can use to provide our 30 day written notice to the tenants? We want to make sure we are covering all of our bases.

Does it have to be written into the contract that the security deposit and prorated rent will be transferred over to the new owner? Or it is assumed?
