Template for Ending Lease- Landlord to Tenant

We are closing on our first rental property soon and we want to provide our tenants with a 30 day notice that they have to be out so that we can do work to the property. Does anyone know of a form/template we can use to provide our 30 day written notice to the tenants? We want to make sure we are covering all of our bases.
