yes you will have to pay for two courses. I have used 360 training. Coursework is ok. Unless you are new to RE the specific training provider does not matter significantly.

there is a guy posting a fire sale on Craigslist. I have seen this reposted couple of times on CL already so I suspect something is not right in that market. I have no knowledge of that area though.

Are there any local banks (in DFW) that lend on rental properties held inside LLC.

We used to work with a mortgage banker who had to move out of DFW so looking to see if others have any contacts / recommendations

Have tried  BOA, Chase and LegacyTexas / Viewpoint without much luck.

Are there any companies out there that provide a "Maintenance Service" for residential properties.

Don't need full service Property Management as we are able to find quality tenants pretty quickly of CL. Looking for a provider (Preferable 24/7 oncall) who would be the first point of contact for maintenance issues in the north Dallas suburbs.
