After Repair Value

Hey everyone! What are some tips on determining after repair value when looking at different SFH in Texas, particularly West Texas (Lubbock)? Expense numbers and repair numbers are not so much a concern at this point. I've got a decent grasp on what it would take to put into the property. I have a hard time figuring out what those repairs will equate to after they've been completed, however.

Any resources or tips would be helpful.

The only way I know of is to have access to pull comps. The only way to get comps is off MLS which requires a realtor license. Or, to have a realtor friend willing to pull comps for you.
