Unfortunately, in the State of Arkansas, an eviction can only be done through the Circuit Court of the county where the property is located.  If the tenant will not leave voluntarily, then you need to do an eviction through the Circuit Court, obtain a court order to evict the tenant and then the Sheriff will enforce that order and remove the tenant.  Generally, this is something you need an attorney for (especially if you have never done one before).  I would especially recommend an attorney because this is Circuit Court and not District Court.  The judge in Circuit Court will hold you and the documents you provide to the same standard he would an attorney.  Its not like small claims court where its informal and the judge might help guide you through the process.
