@Kyle Debiase Hey Kyle STR owner and STR property manager here in Atlantic City. You need insurance specific to STR coverage to get your STR permit in Atlantic City. There are local ins. Companies that offer the coverage. Some claim you do not need it that is not correct you do. It's also 100% not commercial insurance. Call Izabella Warda from Heist Insurance agency. 609 736 7215. I use her as a broker and my actual STR ins company is Johnson & Johnson

@Dave Stokley in my market going rate is about 15% that is my standard rate now but have several properties from when I first started that are on a lower rate for a few different reasons. The price point guesty gave me after my virtual meeting with one of their reps would cost about 1k a month that's kinda crazy. It is looking like I will be going with either yourporter or smartbnb.

@Dave Stokley hey Dave, question how is the pricing I saw some articles on line saying that take 5% of each booking. Being my % as a STR manager is typically 10% giving a software company 50% of my % seems insane.
