Looking to finish out quarter four and help a handful reach their year end goals. Primarily I work with intermediate to advanced investors, but have also worked with beginners that are passionate and resourceful.

The alamo REIA is pretty awesome. The smaller events are better for networking, while you will probably learn more from the bigger events. You are definitely in one of the better places to learn, as bigger pockets is such a great resource Emily.

@Edward Rodriguez The first unit on the bottom floor, size wise is the same as the top floor two units combined. Rental COMP on that first unit should be higher, balancing out the combined total which should remain at around $2100.

Cap rate on property is around 5. HUGE potential.
