Thanks for reaching out, Manuel. I am definitely interested in connecting with the group to discuss my interests/needs. Just send me the info and I'll do my best to join. I'm located in California and work a full-time job so as long as I don't have any conflicts with work I should be able to make it.

I am a So Cal resident and first-time investor looking to invest in some SFHs and/or MFHs as rental properties using the BRRRR method and I'm curious if anyone has experience in the Mid-Michigan area? Cities like Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland seem to have an affordable housing market that is more reliable/safe than the Detroit area along with a decent job market to support it. Another bonus is I have some family in the Midland area that could help scope out any investment opportunities since I'm out of state.

Appreciate any advice! Thanks!
