Hello All,

I have tried searching BP for the answer to my question with no luck. I am trying to analyze a property using the BP Flipp Calculator, however my confusion comes when it requires me to enter a holding cost amount. 

I noted in the BRRR calculator it allows you to enter hard money lending percentages and points and calculates the monthly holding costs.

How are do I calculate the monthly loan payments when there is no breakdown option for loan payments?
