Regarding Hard Money lending do I need to form an LLC for a hard money lender to lend me purchase and rehab cost of a property?
I have asked around and have gotten a variety of answers.

Thanks for the reply. What would you think a better capex percentage? The property is going to be fully gutted with new roof and boiler.
