I realize this question may open a can of worms, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer. I've searched here and google several different ways.

I'll be looking more Central. I currently live in the Framingham area.
My main goal now is to get educated. I'm low on cash, so need to determine first which, if any, methods (wholesale, short sale, etc.) will work in MA.

Wanted to quickly introduce myself.
I currently own a cleaning and maintenance company and have several investor customers. Plus, my father was an investor and I have several close friends who are investors. So I have been around it most of my life but still a newbie and haven't taken the plunge. I am well aware of the head aches and problems but have also seen the payoff. So I am looking to start educating myself and start taking some baby steps.
