Hi,

I am a new investor and I recently purchased a single family home as a rental in Clarksville, TN. I am looking for more properties and would like to get into multifamily properties as well. Eventually, I would also like to invest in a storage facility. Any suggestions on how to get off market deals. The properties on the mls are flying off the market. Thanks for any input you may have.
